8. SUBMITTING CONDITIONS
You can send as many project you desire. Each project will contains a number of maximum ten (10) images in .jpeg, .png or .bmp format. It is obvious that good quality images will have a greater effect so please do not send photos taken with cell phone. You can send images of ideas for projects or projects already completed. Images could be compressed or not and sent through a transmission engine for large files or directly by e-mail at the address below. Please do not send technical and execution data. The project will be published within 24 hours after the bank sends confirmation that payment has been made in one of the accounts listed. The owner will be notified via e-mail.
Each project submitted will have a maximum ten lines notice that explain and offers details about the project and its domain. THE HOUSENSE will NOT post projects and texts about a product (such as The Company X produces stainless sinks) but with the utility of a product (such as Fitting a kitchen with stainless sink produced by the Company X). THE HOUSENSE will NOT post projects and texts about a company (such as Company X designs family houses with two floors) but with project already designed or made (such as Family house with two floors designed by company X). Please clearly indicate (this is mandatory) for each project a nickname or full name, a valid e-mail address, URL address or phone number to be contacted by the customers. Each project must fit into one of the following domains: Arrangements, Collective housing, Education, Health, Individual housing, Industry, Offices, Town Planning, and Trade. All the contact data will appear in the post. THE HOUSENSE will NOT mediate links or contracts between customers and designers.
9. CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
You can make payments by Internet Banking or payment orders from credit card or bank account in indicated accounts below for EURO or US DOLLARS. THE HOUSENSE and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse publication because of images with an inappropriate content or text in according with # 10 of this Conditions and Terms. In this case the payment will NOT be refunded. The payment is in amount of 100 EURO or its equivalents in US DOLLARS for each project you send NO MATTER how many images contains. After that you are allowed to make AS MANY CHANGES you want on the published project FREE OF CHARGE but a new project means a new payment. Once published and payment made your project will remain on THE HOUSENSE pages for UNLIMITED period of time except you withdraw it. Please make the payment in the following accounts and do not forget to specify the name of the project for which you made the payment:
